Available Opportunities in TN:

PRODUCTION MANAGER:

-Manage a 3 shift operation of a highly automated plastics compounding operation 

-Specifically make sure production targets are met and machines are running at optimum condition

-Plant organization and safety

-Minimum 5 year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong electrical and mechanical background and demonstrated ability to make process improvements (email resume to raj@dnplasticscorp.com)

OTHER POSITIONS:

Plastics is accepting applications shift leader, operators, maintenance, in our custom polymer compounding plant. Some position requires leadership skills and the capability to faciltate operations in the plant. For shift leaders, we are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of supervisory experience. Prior experience in operating Hi-Lo's is required (will conduct a Hi-Lo driving test).

Compounds that we produce must be manufactured in a safe way, customer quality and requirements must be met, and products need to be shipped out on the planned date. The individual that we are looking for should be highly motivated and driven to improve plant consistency and productivity. This candidate must be able to learn and understand our compounding process. 

Basic Requirements:
• Pre-employment Drug Test
• Driver's License (Self-transportation)
• Forklift Experience (Driving test)
• Self motivated/High energy
• Basic math skills
