Thermoplastic Elastomeric Compounds (TPE/TPV/TPO)

Our thermoplastic elastomeric compounds encompass a range of materials, including Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPV) and Thermoplastic Olefins (TPO).

These compounds combine the properties of vulcanized rubbers and the ease of processability and recyclability of thermoplastics.

Utilizing SEBS, SBS, EPDM, POE and other resins in polyolefin matrix DN Plastics produces a range of products.

  • Automotive: interior and exterior components including non-carpeted flooring, trunk trays, all weather mats, carpeted mat backings, dash insulators, carpet underlayment, cup holder inserts and tray liners, seals, gaskets, weatherstripping, automotive hoses, door panels, under-hood components etc.

  • Non-Automotive: handles, grips, sporting goods, toys, wire and cable, health care applications, household items etc.

Filled EVA / POE Acoustic Barrier Materials

DN Plastics offers a comprehensive range of acoustic barrier materials, expertly designed to minimize sound transmission.

Composition

Our filled EVA/POE compounds combine:

  • Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) or Polyolefin Elastomer (POE) binding polymers

  • High-load mineral fillers (calcium carbonate, barium sulfate)

  • Processing aids, heat stabilizers, and colorants
